Here is my non-professional advice: Stop making excuses and get you arse into the gym. At those levels, T isn’t your problem - motivation and mentality are. There are a plethora of excellent training programs on T-Nation for beginners all the way through professionals. Find one that interests you and give it a month. I say a month because in my experience that is when the gym becomes a habit (. I’m not going to miss a workout unless I’m bedridden), and the one month mark is where I really start to see and feel differences in my body composition.
